The first 15 floors are exclusive residential apartments with a wide-open terrace, which has a double screen facade to provide green balconies and avoid the heat at the same time. At the 16th floor there are 2 exclusive penthouses. At the roof, there is a restaurant and Roof bar serving to the whole building during the day.
