Our project, S-Point Viva İskele, is situated on a 29.000 sqm parcel of land in the Tuzluca area of İskele District, Northern Cyprus. Access to the project is conveniently provided via the Karpaz Highway. The development comprises three distinct blocks: A, B, and C. The architectural design strategy employs a terracing approach as the buildings ascend, thereby enhancing both the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the structures.
A notable feature of our project is that the building footprints occupy only 20% of the total site area. This efficient use of space allows for the creation of an expansive 7000 m² landscaped courtyard, complemented by a 2000 m² swimming pool. This design ensures a spacious and verdant environment for residents.
The blocks are strategically positioned around this central courtyard, providing ground-floor residences with private gardens and swimming pools. Additionally, the upper-level units boast terrace gardens and jacuzzis, offering a blend of luxury and tranquility. This thoughtful integration of private and communal spaces underscores the project’s commitment to combining elegance with practical living.
